Plot size: 400 m2
This is a 400m2 plot with a 12.5m elevation. For lack of room the whole interior is designed around a central swimming pool/garden which is enclosed but not part of the interior. It is an in-between space which can be closed off from the interior but is isolated from the exterior weather by a glass roof. Consequently its environment is not as harsh as the outside in summer or winter. Plants grow in it very well and it provides the rest of the house with a nice view, light and a protected environment.
The exterior is rock and paint as well as a steel suspended roof for the garage.
