Description:    Private Residence.

Location:        Hai-Aljamia Baghdad.

Plot Size:        600 m²

    A 600m2 corner house rehabilitation project. The old house was actually torn down to the window beams levels. Only the walls were left. On retrospect the owner conceded that he should have torn the whole house down and started from scratch. Nevertheless the results were quit acceptable. The only problem was that the curving staircase is slightly steep for lack of space.

    The exterior is stone, paint and rough cement. The interior floors are in-situ mosaic cement with marble inlay. A very effective and durable material. This is the first house in which the company used polypropylene water supply pipes and the house has been working very nicely since.
