Client:             Mr. Obaid Alfalahy.

Description:    Private residence.

Location:        Al-Amiriya/Baghdad.

Plot size:         600m²

    This is a large house on a 600m2 plat. It contains two bedrooms of the ground floor, four on the second and a large size guest room and an interior  garden in the middle of the house. The house exterior walls are insulated with 5m of glass wood and the contileres in the front serve to reduce the effect of the western setting sun.

    This house is still under construction.
